We were pleasantly surprised with our experience despite the other reviews. It was easy to set up and get in with a short one week notice, and the haircut was done within an hour or so! It would've been helpful to know that they only take cash or card but other than that we were very impressed!
Over the years I had heard mixed reviews about this grooming place, but then I learned this is like a human salon in that groomers rent their booth space. So while someone might not click with one groomer, there are about 4 groomers to choose from.I also like that when you walk into the place, you can see all the dogs and groomers working. Bathing station is behind a wall. Dogs are individually crated when needed.When I called to request a groomer, the owner recommended one who had availability and was willing to work with my special requests. Having read a negative review, I was a bit hesitant but willing to try. Since then, I've learned that disgruntled review wasn't fully accurate. I have watched the groomer multiple times and she has been gentle in her handling. She does a good job asking questions to confirm her understanding about what I am asking to be done is accurate.To date, she has done a great job from senior to puppy. Cuts what I want and leaves what I want. She is willing to adjust for special needs dogs.Thankful to find a good grooming place close to home.
Aleisha, is so good, super quick, does NOT leave our dog in a kennel. Grooming is always as expected, she asks what I want and I get exactly what I requested! Super sweet with our dog, she treats her with love, gentle spa day for our little Yorkie-Poo.
