Elite Rooter is licensed and insured which is very important to me. They offered same-day service (shocker), and Junior and Andrew arrived on time. They were polite, listened and gave me an estimate for the job, I accepted, and they got to work immediately cleaning my clogged drain. I was very happy with the job and will request them again.
