Taylor was so fun, patient, and helpful. I’m very much a beginner and this was my third class. I highly recommend this studio for silks. 10/10

Love love loved my first time at Aerial yoga at Dash today! I'm familiar with yoga, but had never tried aerial. I had seen it on social media and always wanted to give it a shot and then we Dash on a stroll down the street. I knew immediately I had to try it! I had a BLAST! The instructor and all the other ladies were so nice and helpful (and patient when I wasn't quite catching one of the poses lol) and it was an awesome experience! I wish I lived here so I could go back?
