The barbers are amazing and give great haircuts. They are incredibly talented and trusted! I give 2 stars because all the barbers are treated unfairly and really don't enjoy working at Craftsmans. I have had a membership at Craftsman's for 3 years now and within a year the new owner has raised prices, closed two locations, and seems to treat employees unfairly. Literally all the barbers are very upset and don't like working with the new owner. There have been many good barbers that have quit and gone to other barber shops, and I've debating cancelling my membership because of this. It's also very challenging to book a haircut. I hope the owner can turn things around before all the barbers and current customers leave.
Such a wonderful place! And their monthly plans just make it so worth it! I’m trying to work towards a new hair-do, and being able to have unlimited cuts, trims, and washes helps this so much! Great experience!
I have been a member for just short of four years now. It's a good value if you have the right barber. I have been with Ariel C. for a while now and she is truly one of the only reasons I continue to keep my membership. There, of course, are others that are good but I'm always disappointed if I don't book Ariel before someone else does. If you want a consistently perfect cut Ariel is the one you want to book.
