They have missed two appointments with us. Both times "kat" had a "glitch". We have them a third chance today but we told them we had to have it performed by 1:00 pm due to doctors appointment, which had already been rescheduled because of their glitch. At 12:30 pm my wife called to confirm that they were going to be here by 1:00 pm. Surprise, Kat called and said she had us scheduled later in the afternoon. When my wife canceled the appointment Kat took the blame for not scheduling us as required. THIS WAS THE THIRD TIME THEY FAILED US - BUT AT LEAST SHE TOOK OWNERSHIP!!! BS company. Their blow smoke up your arse instead of our in-ground sprinkler system!

Absolutely love this company ! They are so easy to work with, and they always get back to me promptly with my questions. They have taken over my lawns treatments , maintence (all electric tools) and our outdoor pest control. No ticks on our dogs, no chemicals on our kids ! Highly recommend !
