If I could give a negative review, I would and it would be deserved.
This company simply doesn't care about the customer, whether that be the person initiating the shipment, or the person receiving it.
Apathy, incompetence, laziness, take your pick.
Personally, I believe all three are accurate descriptors.
My shipment apparently has sat in their facility since December 18th. It is now Jan 2nd. The Bill of Lading has my name and phone number clearly printed on it.
Nobody bothered themselves to contact me. No tracking of any kind. No Update showing received in their facility.
Abysmal to put it kindly.
Worst of the worst.
Scheduled a pick up for Thursday, called in at 4pm and they rescheduled it without bothering to tell me.
Friday, one of their trucks picked up from a shop across from me and then their driver said there was no freight to be picked up, which is a lie.
Monday at 2pm they tell me its not going to happen and they cant even give me a date when it will happen.
This company needs to go out of business immediately.
Terrible customer service, zero communication
I was told to come pick up items before 5pm. Arrived and I was told by terminal manager “Humberto Robles” that I was just outside pick up time. I told him I was told to come by his call center. He refused to honor what I was told. He told me it was a safety issue. He glanced over a few times while speaking and just stared at his computer. Kids were disappointed they were unable to get their seats. Poor customer service by the manager. Sometimes you need to bend a small rule when your business makes a mistake especially during Christmas. I will never do business with them in the future.
