As a first time home seller I had a lot of questions. Cathy answered all my questions and helped me to understand what things to anticipate along the way. She is very professional, well informed of the local housing market and a strong advocate for her clients. I appreciate her flat fee selling philosophy. This saved me several thousand and she also helped negotiate a reduced fee for the buyer agent. This may not be popular among the realtor community but lets be real, housing prices have tripled in the last ten years and therefor commissions have, my income has not.

Cathy is amazing. I was a little hesitant to consider a realtor that I didn't know, or that has not specifically been in the Boise area their entire career. I was also a little concerned about the idea of a flat fee when other realtors won't consider this idea. I could not possibly be happier with her or how our home sale went! She is incredibly easy to work with, communicative, kind, honest and more than knowledgeable. She handled stress and bumps in the process incredibly well, offering solid advice and she kept us on track with closing. I recently sold a house using Cathy and I highly recommend her if you're selling a house in the Boise market. Extremely organized, provides staging along with professional photographs and is a great negotiator when it comes to closing the deal.
