Just an update to my original review below - we moved again and again Case Boise made such a hard process easier! Jeni and Mike clearly run a fantastic company becuase all of the people they hire are great, hardworking, and very nice. We modified our move date just so we could use them - would not go with any other company. Thank you again!!

Fantastic customer service — and the only movers I’ll ever call again.
I contacted several moving companies around Boise needing help moving a large industrial sewing machine up a flight of stairs. Most didn’t answer, and the ones that did said they couldn’t handle it. CaseBoise was a completely different experience. They were immediately responsive, genuinely helpful, and clearly knew what they were doing. We have moved six times in the last 12 years. Our experience with Caseboise Moving was the best we have ever had. Mike, Cedric, and Kaleb who moved our home were outstanding. We have a grandfather clock, and this was the first time ever, it was taken apart and put back together quickly, efficiently and functioned well. They protected all of our furniture. When they saw us moving a few items by ourselves, they helped us load our car. One of the owners, Jeni was outstanding in helping to plan our move. We have had bad experiences in the past and this experience was simply wonderful.
