We had a warranty issue with our water heater and called Buss Mechanical. They were very friendly and sent Braden over immediately. He was professional and able to diagnose the problem quickly. He ordered the part and installed it the next day.
Amazing customer service and top-self service by Braden! Highly recommend Buss Mechanical!
Marcos of Buss Mechanical is a craftsman! And Mark, the plumbing / gas supervisor, couldn't have been more accommodating. It was a pleasure working with them and will do so again!
Alex came in to our store and was very polite. Explained what was wrong and he quickly went to work. Came back and explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. Very professional. Great job Alex!
