I usually don’t post reviews but I was impressed and greatly appreciative of my experience last week at Boise Aerial and Fitness. I attended a sound bath session that was so unique and relaxing. Thank you for the invitation and hosting this event at your beautiful studio. The energy was great and everything was so nice and clean.

I have been attending classes at Boise Aerial & Fitness for over 3 years, & I am a HUGE fan. The owner (Iridessa) keeps the space in immaculate condition; clean, organized, & safe. She is always prepared. Iridessa provides a welcoming, collaborative, & FUN environment. She is kind, present, & encouraging when she instructs. She gives the space & her students her all. She is an efficient communicator, well educated in her crafts, & generous with her time. I’m very thankful to have found this place! Would recommend in an instant.

I've taken aerial yoga, acroyoga, and pole classes here over the past few years. This is such a fun space to play, explore, and learn. I love the instructors I've had, both Iridessa (the owner) and Aryanna. They've both been so supportive and have created such a safe space. My daughter also takes aerial silks classes here and loves them. So grateful we have this spot in our community.
