The Far-infrared sauna at BAC is the best!!! From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is relaxing. Beautiful artwork on the walls, the low hum of the air purifier, the pink glow of the salt lamp, a large wooden bench to change and store your items and the beautiful redwood sauna. There are clear instructions on the wall that tell you everything you need to know. They also have friendly staff that are happy to answer any questions. The sauna itself is large and comfortable. I had already received well over 75 acupuncture treatments before being exposed to the community acupuncture style used at this clinic. At first I was a little skeptical but the effectiveness of the treatments was no different. Many people may appreciate “keeping their pants on” and MOST will appreciate the affordable access to traditional Chinese medicine offered here. There are 5 amazing practitioners that work there, I have my favorites but am very comfortable recommending anyone there. Do your body a favor, go see them! *** pro tip - they have an infrared sauna that you can book for just $15 an hour (June 2026) ***
