I had many choices for a funeral home in my area. But I couldn’t have prayed for more compassionate, empathetic people to help me through this difficult loss. Allison was not only very professional, timely and organized but the sweetest woman who was so genuine. I had an out of state flight to catch early morning & she willingly went completely out of her way to bring me a certified copy of my dad’s death certificate to my home before my uber arrived…..unbelievable service! I had about 10 funeral home names in the Boise area to choose from to have our son cremated. I loved the name, Beautiful Life! We visited the home and the people were so kind and understanding and the place was beautiful. We were to pick up our son's ashes on Thursday but, the machine broke down and they had to order a part. They weren't sure if the part would get there in time for us to do so on Thursday. The did everything they could and we were able to get his ashes Friday morning so we could head home with him! Very pleasant. Sympathetic. Did what they could to help ease our minds and reassure us everything would be taken care of. They did a really good job with my Mom and my wife's Grandma. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
