I’d like to recognize Brandie and the exceptional display of customer service. After a less-than-ideal experience at my local Baird’s Cleaners, I was referred to Brandie, the manager at another location. She completely turned things around! Brandie was immediately understanding, professional, and solution-oriented. She personally took care of my lambswool dog bed, and the results were outstanding—it came back looking brand new. Her expertise and attention to detail made all the difference.What really impressed me was Brandie’s genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and her willingness to go above and beyond to make things right. She’s the kind of manager who builds customer loyalty through exceptional service. Baird’s Cleaners is lucky to have Brandie on their team. Highly recommend!

I love dogs but come on, when did dry cleaners allow dogs to run around the warehouse where the other clothes are? The owner has 3 small dogs just running around in the back. I immediatley turned around and didn't even bother going inside once I saw that.

I've never been treated this poorly anywhere. Arrived first thing Saturday morning to inquire about having a pair of jeans altered after speaking with a nice individual via phone a couple of days prior who said I could drop in. I was met at the counter by an older lady who, after I passed along what I was told, goes "not on Saturdays you can't". What? Was extremely rude about answering the questions I had, no greeting, no smile, stated they couldn't do anything for me. She obviously had no interest in helping me and only bothered to take my name after I didn't go away in 2 minutes like she wanted. At that point I took the jeans and walked out.
This sounds like this is the same treatment (or same person even) in prior reviews where customers have been treated the same way. How someone like this can continue to be employed there is beyond me.
