Lauren is the best! She has a very soft and comforting presence that adds so much to her work as a chiropractor. Her adjustments transition so smoothly, feel amazing, and are so beneficial! I would 100 times recommend her to complete all your chiropractic needs.

Lauren adjusted me under the dramatic peaks of the Sawtooth Mountains. I'm usually pretty tight and apprehensive about people 'popping me' but she has a gentle touch, a calm demeanor, and through that I was able to relax enough to get some of my hard spots. I appreciate her attentiveness and the guidance she gives you while she's walking through everything. She's got my vote and I'll definitely be going back! Thanks Lauren!

I was feeling a little bit nervous to receive my first ever adjustment from a chiropractor, until I met Lauren. I'm so grateful for the experience that I had with Lauren.
