I went to see Julie today with left knee pain, severe left shoulder pain and very intense right hip pain. My hip pain had worsened to point where I wasn't able to sleep on my right side for very long before being awakened to reposition. I hurt everywhere. Julie went to work on all of my pain points. I could feel an instant improvement in my circulation. While she was working on my hips I literally felt tingling in my feet. After my massage I was able to stand up straighter. Just got an amazing massage from Julie! She put me right at ease from the moment I met her. She really listened to what I wanted and tailored the massage to my needs. You can tell she really knows anatomy and muscles by the combination of deep tissue and stretching she uses. Best massage I've ever had. I'll be back! Thanks, Julie!
My sister has been telling me about Julie for years. After 6 months of sleepless nights with SI pain while visiting in Boise I called. It was the best personalized massage ever. Very professional and clean. I was even able to hike 5 1/2 miles the next day. Well worth it and will look forward to another on my next visit.
