Check the 1-star reviews before you go! I really wish I had. I came in with serious neck pain after a bad adjustment from a doctor that left my neck stuck in eight places. This doctor gave me hope that I’d feel better quickly, then hit me with a $4,000, 10-week treatment plan. I was in so much pain, I agreed and let them set up a CareCredit card. They charged the full amount upfront (minus a small “generous” discount).
The red flags started at the first appointment. I was sitting there in pain, struggling to turn my neck, while the doctor spent 15 minutes talking about his family. For 4 sessions ($180 each!) the actual “treatment” was minimal: 8 minutes of a staff member running a red light device over my neck, followed by 10 minutes on a neck-stretching machine. Then always excessive talking from the doctor about his personal life including why he left the area I live in (Harris Ranch) because of too much “pride” and other unsettling and braggy things. Very little hands-on care and no lasting relief.
After just four sessions, I realized this wasn’t helping, he didn’t care I was suffering, and his comments left me feeling uncomfortable. I emailed to cancel the remaining sessions and asked for a refund for the unused portion without much detail because I didn’t want to be a complainer. Instead of handling it professionally, the doctor texted me directly, pressuring me to call him because it was not normal to cancel without a discussion. I explained via text that the cost wasn’t justified, treatment was lacking, the oversharing made me uncomfortable, and some of it was even offensive.
Rather than apologizing, he defended himself (via personal texting) trying to backtrack his offensive comments with poor excuses. Totally unprofessional. I finally stopped engaging and just asked for my refund. Thankfully, they refunded a portion of the cost so I could go somewhere else. That new clinic helped me feel better quickly and now I’m actually thriving.

My husband spent thousands of dollars for 12 weeks of treatment. He wasn't helped one iota. Now they want him to come in once a month and pay a maintenance fee! No one there ever seemed to know which treatments or how much of each he was supposed to receive. He never got the same thing twice. Total incompetence and a rip off.

Was promised I will feel better after about 3 to 4 weeks of visits. After about a month I ended up walking back in after an appointment to talk to the doctor and see if this just might not be right for me. He said “I promise you. It just takes time”. He would tell me it’s taking longer because my job is hard on my body. Every single visit I would have to tell him that I am not working this winter to focus on fixing my back. I ended up going for 2 more months. When was finished with all the appointments they scheduled me for I he left me hanging. Called twice and asked if the doctor could call me. Never heard back. This review is for Dr. J. Everyone else was super nice
