AAD did an incredibly thorough inspection at a home my fiancé and I recently purchased. The level of detail gave us an idea of what we could expect upon closing, and areas that need attention.
Pictures were great and served to highlight issues on the report.
Furthermore, attached to the report was a yearly maintenance schedule they recommended we follow, which is very helpful.
I would recommend anyone wanting an incredibly accurate inspection to use AAD.
Justin with AAD did a great job with our home inspection. He took his time and did a thorough evaluation of every part of the house. The 75 page report with photos gave us a detailed record of the property's condition. We also got the Radon test and sewer line scoped so we had full knowlege of what we were buying.
Very thorough and professional inspection. The report was completed quickly and included lots of detailed pictures and clear explanations of every issue found. The inspector took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand and made the entire process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection.
