They will promise you the hours you need and then take forever to get them. if caregivers call in sick or unavailable, they do not let you know. they claim to try to get a hold of me, but there were never any signs of it on my phone or messages left. I did the meet and great with one caregiver, then the next thing I know she is working for me less and less. I loved my caregivers here but the management seems to forget they work for me and I am not a child they can yell at. management also told one of my caregivers I had accused her of theft and told her she could be arrested for fraud! I said no such thing. when they found out I was looking into another agency who could better fit my needs they immediately cancelled all my sessions.
