In the short time we’ve been coming here I have noticed a drastic change in my son. This is a family and a community. My son has struggled in the past with confidence and emotional regulation. He loved football, but I think the large team aspect was a struggle for him. We decided to give Southwick a try as the first lesson was completely free. I was so surprised to see that this included the cool uniform. (forgive me as I am not super familiar with the proper Tae kwon do verbiage). We were instantly greeted by a kind and informative host. My Daughter attends this academy. It is phenomenal and amazing. She has grown as a person and became stronger through it as well. The instructors make their training center comfortable, clean, and homely also. I would recommend this martial arts academy to anyone who is searching. Thank you Southwick Black Belt Academy for adding an extra layer of structure and discipline in my daughters life.
Best place ever. They truly made you feel like you matter and classes are different, you are always learning something but they still build on each other to help you really learn and Solidify your technique!
