“In the short time we’ve been coming here I have noticed a drastic change in my son. This is a family and a community. My son has struggled in the past with confidence and emotional regulation. He loved football, but I think the large team aspect was a struggle for him. We decided to give Southwick a try as the first lesson was completely free. I was so surprised to see that this included the cool uniform. (forgive me as I am not super familiar with the proper Tae kwon do verbiage). We were instantly greeted by a kind and informative host. My son Instantly felt comfortable. (Not typical), it’s all he talks about and he wants to be there every day. Can’t wait to update as we attend more classes.
