I recommended a family friend to this business to have her floors taken care of after a shady contractor left her home in shambles. Not only did Bell Hardwood take care of her floors, but they got her job completed sooner than she expected. We have used Bell to install and refinish hardwood flooring in six rooms in our home over the past 15 years. I have found the staff to be professional, responsive, and helpful. One of the rooms we had done about 10 years ago was not to our satisfaction, and the owner came to look at it and immediately set about making things right. Knowing that things will be done to our satisfaction, their great product, and their exceptional staff keeps us coming back.
