We were able to choose the tile that we desired, and they communicated with a local tile store to pick up the tile we requested. They communicated well with us, and came to do the work when they said that they would. The guys, Sam and James, were courteous and respectful of our home as they studiously worked. Ben, the owner, was here the last day to help with the finish work and gave instruction on how to clean our shower tile. The price was excellent. In the future, we plan to have this company do our other bathroom shower as well.“

Then they sanded and stained existing ans new oak flooring so you cannot tell the difference between the old and the new oak flooring. The crew was awesome. “I considered wether to put 4 or 5 stars. My experience was mostly great with Romanoff Renovations. The communication was top notch from the office staff and installers. I received many reminder texts and phone calls to be sure we prepared our home correctly, and everything was ready to go in time for our installation appointment. The installers showed up on time, put in a lot of hard work, and worked very quickly. They were respectful and kind. They were careful of our home, though they did cause 1 area of damage, but I know all humans are not machines, and mistakes are expected on a jobs as big as carpet installation. I was pleasantly surprised they only damaged one spot. They also vacuumed the floor when they were done, and kindly replaced one item of furniture to it’s rightful place.My main complaint is more to do with the warranty requirements with Home Depot. We had one area where we did not want the carpet trimmed against an unfinished edge in our kitchen. The edge was previously hidden by carpet fibers. The installers said if they didn’t trim the carpet it would void the warranty. I thought it was odd that a warranty requirement would come before a homeowner preference, especially something that silly.Overall I would definitely say I had a positive experience.
