Claire is outstanding. I’ve probably had over 100 massages from her and NOT ONCE has she been checked out or less than stellar. That is so so rare in a long term practitioner of this type. She is a central part of my physical health team.

This is my favorite place to get a outstanding therapeutic massage. This is not a rub and go place that is a typical of a spa it's for someone who really needs body work. Clair Gallant LMT owner. And she has a great deal of training in working with people that have athletic injuries and scoliosis and other physical problems. She's been trained in cupping in France and has lots of hours of experience in working with people. If you're new to the Moines and looking for someone it's well worth checking it is also difficult to get in so you have to be willing to make an advanced appointment. Love the work Clair does. She is very accommodating and makes you feel comfortable. She may offer cupping if your body needs it, and I love having that option combined with a regular massage. Highly recommend!
