Last year I had a bad experience here and left a review related to that experience. The owner did contact me after I left my 1 star review. I did not reply because I was mad. Decided to give them another try a year later. What a change! The facility was much cleaner, my clothes were done on time. But by far the best part is the woman, ashamed I did not get her name, who helped me. She was kind and knowledgeable. I left feeling well cared for, and if there was an issue she would have taken care of me. Good job Victoria on 50th! ..
The person who helped me was working Saturday morning 5/16, and deserves kudos!

I had a suit that needed to be picked up on Saturday before noon and I needed it for Monday morning. We got busy with family activities and it was past noon- I called in and the friendly employee answered who had helped me the day before and said she would be willing to wait a little longer so I could come pick up my suit. I will be a customer from now on.

Victoria Cleaners has always done a great job at dry cleaning my clothes. It's located in a plaza along side of Mills Civic Pkwy so it's not too hard to find. Easy process for getting clothes cleaned, just tell them your name, if you want starch, and drop off. That's it. Dry cleaning will always be ready by next day. But, you only have an hour to grab if you absolutely need them by next day, between 6-7 PM. I typically just wait two days before picking back up. Recommended.
