Wow! I am so impressed with the experiences we’ve had here! We came here when our dog had an acute ear infection and they were the only place available with a last minute Saturday appointment.Our dog had had a traumatic experience with out last vet, and they were so patient and kind helping him to get over that bad experience while also finding a way to help him get the care he needed.The staff (from the front desk to the vets and vet techs) were so helpful and careful. They never acted like our dog was bad, dangerous, or mean. I showed up early in case of paperwork and they still put me in a room right away. They were so great with my son AND my dog. They had such positive attitudes and were very pleasant people.

From the moment I arrived to my appointment there was no long, excruciating wait. We were led to our room rather expeditiously. Staff was really friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant, and made me feel comfortable with them caring for my family pet.
