Dr. Young is amazing. She's helped me with both my dog and cat on multiple occasions. Extremely talented and was able to find treatment that has worked in very tough circumstances for my animals. She definitely cares for the animals AND their owners and I'm confident any animal in her care is in the best hands possible. Please KEEP her around!! Also, in general, Waukee/Clive Vet has been great.
We had our first visit to Waukee-Clive Vet yesterday, and we couldn't be more happy with our decision to join that family of doctors, techs, and support staff. The minute we walked in the door they knew who we were and knew our dog has a little anxiety - which can cause reactive behavior. Dr. Reynolds and Ally, sat on the floor with Birdie and instantly he was calm. It is obvious everyone there has a passion for our furry family members. We have to have surgery in a couple of weeks and, unlike last time, we are going into this procedure so much more relaxed. That's truly because of how great this clinic and team is.
Everyone is always so kind, knowledgeable, and considerate here! They worked Coop in same day for a limp and took the best care of him. A big thank you to the front desk team for working him in and to the care team for being so kind!
