The staff is so nice & I never have to wait but I really wish the speakers were controllable. Some rooms they are - some they aren't & it feels like the ones you can't mess with are so loud.

We have been customers for many years and always appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I recently visited and explained that we have been coming for so long that I haven't really kept up with all the new offerings and requested more information. The staff was happy to explain EVERYTHING and answered so many questions. They even took the time to walk me through and actually show me the new spa offerings which made me feel so much more comfortable. We even went over products. I can't imagine not being a member! I highly recommend just asking if you are not sure what services or products might be best for you!

Ella was an amazing help and gave excellent service. She assisted me through my millions of questions, and I felt zero judgment from her. She had a positive attitude, and I will definitely be coming back.
