When we chose Neighborhood Builders we selected them solely from our experience with living in one of their Home show homes they constructed at the Ridge in Echo Valley. This experience gave us an inside look at the quality they can deliver. Second big driver in selecting Neighborhood was finding a location where we could use them as our builder. I have worked with Neighborhood in the homebuilding process for the better part of three years now and the quality and attention to detail in their homes is second to none. From design to the selections and through construction they make the process seamless and are extremely easy to work with - not to mention some of the best people you will come across in the industry, all while building beautiful, state of the art homes. They also continue contact even after closing to ensure everything is up to standard, I highly recommend reaching out to them if you are looking to build a new home!
