These guys are great. I dropped my laptop and broke the left hinge and cracked the screen. Nolan took a look at my computer and said he let me know if it could be fixed. He called in about 2 hours (which was probably 2 days faster than other options). After a short discussion, I decided to get a new PC. He sent me their PC purchase guide.
I went out and purchased a new PC and appeared at LDT’s door at 8 am the next morning. Nolan migrated all my stuff from my old PC to the new one and advised me that it was done by 2pm. Great experience

I was referred to Little Dog Tech by two friends who were highly satisfied with their service. I was concerned about security on my laptop. Noel was very professional (and knowledgeable), and he checked things out immediately after I walked in. He also got rid of a browser that I did not want or need. Stopped on a Friday afternoon close to closing with my laptop making a weird scratchy noise. I was helped immediately and my laptop was fixed literally with in minutes! Friendly and knowledgeable service, will be back if I have other computer issues.
