I got engaged and married all within a 3 month period. A rushed wedding to say the least! I had purchased a dress that was going to require a few alterations. Somehow, I had managed to lose 15 pounds after purchasing my dress, so what had started out as a few minor adjustments ended up being extensive work.

Hemmed a pair of (new) suit trousers. Repaired a torn hem in a sweater, and replaced the zipper slide on my favorite hoodie. All was repaired within a day and at very reasonable price.

Kim’s Tailors did an absolutely phenomenal job on my wedding dress. Anna hand stitched the lace back on my dress after removing it for the alterations and it’s perfect, you can’t tell it was touched at all and it looks even better now than when I bought it. Anna took a dress off the rack and turned it into what feels like a dress that was custom made just for me. She also went the extra mile and taught me the best way to walk in a floor length gown so you don’t step on it as well as other little tricks to get the dress on perfectly. I highly recommend Kim’s for any tailoring needs but especially so if you have a tricky wedding dress that you need done perfectly... read full review
