This review is in reference to the gift shop. We visited to see memorial jewelry options for our parents. While there, my nephew was asked about his injury. He shared that he had spina bifida. The clerk then made an uniformed and rude comment about spina bifida birth rates. I also saw a Isabel Bloom figurine with a price tag of $95, which earlier that week I had purchased from the nearby Isabel Bloom store for $65.Hamilton's Funeral Home directors do a wonderful job, but they need to better screen how the gift shop is staffed and managed.
