Customers describe 515 Exteriors as an outstanding group of people to work with. One customer with a 19th century Queen Anne house was extremely apprehensive about repairs, as some past repairs had covered up problems or stood out like a sore thumb. A painting contractor recommended 515 Exteriors, and the office was extremely pleasant, efficient, and helpful in getting things scheduled and paid for. The customer wanted repairs as invisible as possible and the house's style respected, and the team did as best as they could. Once painted, the patches would not be spotted unless someone looked for them. The work crew was great to work with and did not hesitate to respond to a question or concern, and the cleanup was exceptional.

Another customer noted the crew was considerate, helpful, and accommodating to the entire neighborhood, moving their trucks quickly to allow a tree service access. Others hired 515 Exteriors to build a durable, low-maintenance deck and railing, which was completed in just a couple of days and looks fantastic, with the team working quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. For a new roof, communication was outstanding from start to finish, the team kept customers informed throughout the entire process, completed the work quickly, and did a fantastic job cleaning up. A few days after installation, they even came back to walk through the completed work, explain what had been done, and answer any questions. Everyone was friendly and professional, making the entire experience easy and stress-free. One customer was impressed with the thorough exam of the structure and recommended fixes, and hired them to also replace upper windows, remove rotted windows, and close up two attic dormers. The crew was efficient and the company clearly has the equipment and resources to meet their client's demand. Customers are very satisfied and highly recommend 515 Exteriors.
