I recently walked in (no appointment) and dropped off my laptop on a Friday afternoon. It had frozen up or operated VERY slowly, to the point where I realized something was interfering normal operation. I told Geek Squad Agent Sarah Mondt (who said there were no current appointments being served, that she was available) that I was from out of town, and if it could not be fixed by EOD Saturday, I would then come in and pick it up (and take it to a Best Buy back home). The next day at 4:00 I got a message that it was ready for pickup. Geek Squad Agent JT Carroll told me the main problem was that a Windows update did not go well. They had fixed it and cleaned up one or two other items they identified. He said they were aware of my urgency and expedited the troubleshooting and repair. Kudos to JT Carroll and Sarah Mondt for their fast and effective work!!!
We received extraordinary service from Benji and Abby on our recent trip to Best Buy. We were apprehensive about returning a low-end TV we had purchased. Benji immediately put us at ease and they were eager to resolve our issues. When we returned with a better TV, Abby highlighted features we could benefit from with a different model. We left with a TV well suited for our needs but not overkill for our basement installation.
Went to get my phone screen fixed, only to find that since the back of the phone was cracked as well, that it had to be completely replaced. Was super thankful that they had my phone in stock! Jeremy was super professional and very knowledgeable. I will use this store again! Thank you!
