He identified several problems that he not only quickly remedied but also explained to us how and what happened. He was patient and extremely capable. We've found that IT specialists only seem to know hardware. Eric knew it all, including Microsoft Edge issues. We highly recommend him.

I have had Geek Squad out to work on my Samsung TV. They do a nice job. Had ordered all the parts they needed before they arrived. They diagnosed the problem on the initial phone call so they knew what parts to order and they shipped them to my home.
