Kevin and his staff at Des Moines Cremation were so professional and did not push anything on me. I told them exactly what I could spend and they did not make me feel like I was not doing enough for my husband when he passed away. They have checked on me during this last year seeing if I needed anything at all. I will use them for my cremation when it’s my turn to leave this world. Also I wanted to say the young ladies that came to pick my hubby up was so professional and very caring. Explained everything to me before they ever even entered my home. They treated him like he was still here and cared for him as well.

It was a difficult time in the early days after Mom passed away. I was in a fog. Kevin and Elizabeth were amazing, helping us through the process of taking care of Mom's remains and starting on other important things like applying for a death certificate.
Things happen so fast at the time, and it seems a blur. In the beginning, Kevin explained the process and this helped tremendously since I was unsure where to begin. They were patient with my questions.

Des Moines Cremation did a wonderful job caring for my Dad and my family following his passing several weeks ago. All of his and my Mom’s arrangements were made and paid for years ago. Honestly, with costs up everywhere these days I was expecting another bill for services rendered but everything was honored as written years ago. My family greatly appreciated this along with them contacting Social Security and getting his remains and death certificate back to us so soon after his passing. They will also be a helping hand during my Dads Celebration of Life Ceremony in the near future.
