Best dental office anywhere hands down

Thanks DR. BRETT C. DEHOOGH! For getting me in quickly and giving me fair warning I could have some discomfort as opposed to having (Novocain or otherwise local anesthesia) pain medication. As expected! You did a great job on my procedure and so quickly too. Perfect!

This was easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. The entire team was so incredibly generous, welcoming, and kind. Dr. Fung was easy to talk to and made sure I felt very comfortable and had any and all questions answered. You’re missing out if you’re not going here!

I am pretty sad to here they would longer accept my husband and I as patients due to a very small issue. My 4 year old son needed care and we brought him in and he had a small sore. We were billed $200. We have always had insurance and had our kids on insurance but for some reason our child was not on insurance d/t my husbands job switching insurance companies and us forgetting to add our son. (Benign mistake) It took me a few months to figure this out. Once I did, I called to pay and the bill had been sent to collections. I paid right away. Months later I called for a cleaning and was rudely told we were sent to collections and could longer be clients. We have been going there for years and also have family that come there. I cannot say enough good things about Country Club Dental! From the moment you enter the door they are punctual, organized, friendly and provide a high level of service. Shelly, our dental hygienist, always does an exceptional job. You cannot go wrong with any dentistry here. They all ensure you are taken care of! I’ve had both Dr.D and Dr.Gray and have enjoyed both. Whenever I have a filling or any dental service beyond a cleaning, the dentist calls and checks to make sure everything is okay. I stand by Country Club Dental so much that I’ve now recruited my brother, husband and friends to go as well. 5 stars for sure!!

I have had such a great experience with Dr. Gray and the staff at Country Club Dental. I had a tooth emergency and they were able to squeeze me in and resolved the issue quickly. Genuinely great people- would highly recommend!

I moved to Iowa and needed to find a new dentist. I really didn't think I'd find a place that met the same caliber of service I received in Chicago (which is supposed to be better because it's bigger right?!?! WRONG!). I'm so glad Country Club dental proved me wrong!! The front staff here is superb. They are friendly and available to answer questions. It has always been easy to schedule and reschedule my appointments. I also have not had any problems with them accepting my insurance. They even offer a membership plan so that you don't need insurance to have dental services here if you become a member! I was seen by Dr. Gray and his assistant Sammie. Both are absolutely fabulous. They are very friendly, funny, and personable. Two weeks ago I had a dental cleaning. Sammie was very gentle taking topical pictures of my teeth. I think there was another device used to detect the density of my teeth too. I was impressed (and never got this type of service in Chicago!). They really check for everything here! Dr. Gray thoroughly reviewed my teeth, X-rays, gum recession and density and photos of my teeth. I was really impressed with the examination and the technology used here. They really care about dental health. At the end of my appointment I was even given an option of a manual toothbrush or a sonicare type replacement head for my electric toothbrush. WHAT?!!? My mind was blown that I had these options! During my appointment I had mentioned that my Chicago dentist had recommended to fill cavities of two of my wisdom teeth and that I wanted to move forward with that procedure. I also mentioned that I was prescribed some special toothpaste to prevent further decay and wanted that refilled. Dr. Gray immediately called in the prescription to my pharmacy to refill the toothpaste and we scheduled another appointment for a cavity filling. Done and done! Today....two weeks later...I just got my two cavities filled and felt compelled to write this Yelp review for Dr Gray and his team at Country Club Dental (and these days I'm only writing reviews for those places that are truly special to me). I'm not the type of person that is usually scared of the dentist, but I was anxious today because of my small mouth and possible difficulty maneuvering within the small space. But they had all the tools necessary to make this experience SO EASY. My small mouth was not an issue at all and I did not feel any pain! I had to open my eyes every so often just to check if my mouth was still being worked on because I was so comfortable and didn't feel anything during the procedure! They also had a device (that amazed me because I never had it in Chicago) that allowed me to comfortably rest my mouth, while still keeping it open, and sucked up the particles/water in my mouth during the procedure. I'll be annoyed if Dr. Gray gets booked up because of this review but life isn't all about me so I'll be okay to share him and his team. ;-) I initially heard about Country Club dental from a friend who raved about Dr. Fung. I'm sure all the dentists here are wonderful but I'm sticking with Dr. Gray. =)

Dr. Riley Gray and his team did a great job, professional and goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Would recommend to anyone in the metro area.
