I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Kim at Waukee Dental and my experience was awesome! The office was very clean and inviting, and they even had a children's area with a tablet to keep kids preoccupied if needed. Sarah was my hygienist for my cleaning and she did a great job. I think it was probably the least painful cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Kim was wonderful as well! She was very kind and personable, and I never felt like I was being rushed out of there so she could move onto the next patient, which is something I've experienced with other dentists in the past. Had a wonderful first time visit to Waukee Dental, the office is new and very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and Dr Kim was excellent, very easy to talk with and did a great job building rapport with and put my child at ease in a new environment...which is NOT an easy thing to do! 100% recommended and will be back again.

Recently started coming to Waukee Dental and so glad I did. They have been so good with working through challenges with insurance for me and being understanding I need to come up with a plan that is affordable for me. Dr. Allison and Kelly were amazing! Professional, helpful, and showed true concern and compassion. Definitely recommend.
