“This is our third time visiting Craig Dental Center. Every time we have an appointment, I am reminded of what makes this place so special and why those who work here are truly so rare. It’s not everyday that you find a dentist that your toddler enjoys the visit and asks when she will get to go back. I have always felt that details are important, and a lot can be discovered in the small details. The staff were absolutely amazing and totally worth our two hour drive, one way. Their exceptional customer service, and dental care is second to none. One Dental Hygienist, Jess, allowed Parris to watch her work and ask questions (and I mean a lot of questions ), she also gave her the grand tour again, and let her pick some toys from the treasure chest. When Parris met Dr. Craig, Jess told her to ask Parris what she wanted to be when grows up (Jess and Parris had this conversation a little earlier). Dr. Craig says, “Parris what do you want to be when you grow up?” Parris says, “A doctor, a good one.” So Dr. Craig gets Parris Elizabeth some rubber gloves, a mask, and protective glasses! She helps Parris put all of this on, including the gloves… which is really impressive to a mama who can barely get the cloth gloves on Parris’ little hands… Let alone the latex gloves… but Dr. Craig took her time and made this little three year old feel so important. After she helped her get all dressed up like a doctor, she looks at her and says, “Are you ready, Dr. Parris?” Parris was so excited and super eager to learn and help. After Dr. Craig, Jess, and Dr. Parris all worked on my tooth, Jess showed Parris how a crown was made and took time to explain what it was made out of and even let Parris see the machine that sculpts the dental cap. Parris was so proud, when she came back to show me a little sample they showed her that the dental cap is made out of. She told me all about it, and I loved every moment of watching my little girl’s eyes sparkle with excitement while talking about a dental crown cap. She had learned something new, and made new friends… this was indeed an exciting experience. All at a dentist’s office, Craig Dental Center. Just unbelievable, way they interact with children and exhibit such patience… it’s the kind of kindness that impacts a child’s dreams and gives them the inspiration to shoot for the stars.Parris also had her first teeth cleaning and she was a total rockstar. She even laughed, and giggled when Jess sang to her during her teeth cleaning. As I said, details are important… I don’t want just any dentist, I want a dentist and staff that puts our health first and inspires my daughter to accomplish anything she put her mind to. We are so blessed to have found Craig Dental Center.“

“My son doesn't mind going to the dentist (which is opposite of my experience when I was a child). We love Dr. Waage and think he does a great job. We recommend him to family and friends.“

“I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Kim at Waukee Dental and my experience was awesome! The office was very clean and inviting, and they even had a children's area with a tablet to keep kids preoccupied if needed. Sarah was my hygienist for my cleaning and she did a great job. I think it was probably the least painful cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Kim was wonderful as well! She was very kind and personable, and I never felt like I was being rushed out of there so she could move onto the next patient, which is something I've experienced with other dentists in the past. It was the best dental appointment I've had in years and I would highly recommend Dr. Kim and Waukee Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist.“
