Today I went in completely panic stricken with the amount of oil my vehicle was leaking, I had never been here at this location before and was just looking for some help. I was greeted at my window by a very nice long haired gentleman who walked me through some options and assured me they would take a look. So, I waited in the warm lobby and let them do their thing. They came in frequently to update me with their findings and make sure I was doing okay. The crew at this location were professional and efficient. The waiting area was very clean and has a work station with charging stations for laptops. Nice facilitiesService: Oil change

5 stars, if I could give 6 I would. I was on a road trip and had been traveling for 3 days already, I checked my oil after adding some at a gas station and found there was too much added, I was so flustered knowing I would need to get some removed, that I forgot to replace the oil cap as I drove from the gas station to Jiffy Lube. Needless to say, oil exploded everywhere. Lakan was beyond AMAZING. He fit me in, put degreaser everywhere the oil had splattered, and restored the oil to the proper level.
