My plug for my oil pan was stuck I MEAN STUCK!!! And it took a long time to get it off but they communicated with me clearly the whole time and they happily replaced it with a new one. They are always very friendly and thorough and will always get my business.
When we got there we did not have to wait and drove right in. We were greeted in a friendly manner by Chris. The oil change was quick and easy. There was no pressure to add on services even though they were offered.
