I was discharged from a skilled nursing facility on Feb 21st, and today is April 23rd. I have been waiting since then for home health! After reading the reviews apparently this company is horrible and my review is just one of many! SMH. This is people’s lives they are ruining!
To Mindy, who was my rep and swore she was trying, I hope you go to bed at night knowing the damage you have caused me, that your lack of care will forever effect my life.

DO NOT USE this company for any life medical needs. I’m on a second discharge from the hospital and they never sent anyone out from the first time. This is so frustrating and to be paying for this service and no response. There’s got to be someone higher up to call but can’t find that person either.

Had ankle surgery. They were contracted to supply me with a scooter. They sent me the cheapest scooter that could supply me with. The scooter wheels are close together and the handlebars also. The front wheels turn all the way around. Because of that it’s flipped over on me 3 times. I contacted them in a Friday asking them to send me a different scooter, they said they would speak to their supervisor and call me back. No call back went through weekend. Nothing. Called on Monday. They said they tried to call me but my voicemail was full. My voicemail does not work that way. And then the person reason the notes says they don’t have my phone number. Anyway...read full review
