I use this company for work with telephonic interpreting. The hold times are 20-30 minutes or longer. If I do need to answer another call, the calling back hold times start from scratch. Terrible customer service, the worst interpretation company out there!
This company is the worst company that take a ramp from a handicap person after receiving over 15000 dollars and than in the last month payment we would own it. This company along with nationwide Ramps is the worst company to deal with. This company lies and just steals from you and your insurance company.
I was discharged from a skilled nursing facility on Feb 21st, and today is April 23rd. I have been waiting since then for home health! After reading the reviews apparently this company is horrible and my review is just one of many! SMH. This is people’s lives they are ruining!
