We recently moved back to the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area after a four year absence and needed to find a groomer for our 2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We had become used to using a mobile groomer, but failing to find one locally we started looking around. Upon receiving a recommendation from a dog owner at the dog park, I called Shear Bliss Pet Salon on Ainsborough in Waterloo. I was able to secure an appointment for the following week. And we couldn't be happier with the results! They obviously have had experience with the breed because our Charlie had never looked better! We've been taking our Yorkie to Shear Bliss for more than a decade now and highly recommend them. Our dog is always excited to go see the girls which tells us they are very good to her during her visits. Thanks for running a great business!
I have been taking my dog to Shear Bliss for about 2 years and my mother has brought her dog here for even longer. They do a great job with both dogs and are VERY fast!!! My large double coated dog is in and out in 2 hours with a wash and hair cut. At PetSmart he would be there for at least 4 hours. The only thing negative I could say is their hours aren’t very friendly for those work Monday through Friday but I do my best to work with their schedule to get my pup in!!
