Jim came by within about 2 hours of calling him for sounds of gurgling in our pipes. Due to the location of the pipe and where it left our home, he wasn’t able to help diagnose it. Even though he spent a solid hour with us, he didn’t charge us. He was very kind during the entire situation. I recommend Jim because he was understanding and fair.
Very nice experience with Ruger, they were able to make it out same day and service was great. Jim did a great job fixing our drain issue and is just all around a great guy. We hopefully won’t have anymore issues, but if so we will definitely be using them again!
