I rated him five stars cause in my eyes he's the best barber we have in Waterloo.. I almost forgot while getting your haircut he's giving GREAT!! advice.. As he is a PASTOR!!! This was my first time going to a barber shop. I had to wait for three men before I got in the chair. I enjoyed the conversation and they were respectful to me as a female. I showed Trent the picture of the style I wanted. As I started to explain, he respectfully raised his hand and said he would take care of me. He took asked to do my eyebrows and I'm happy he did. I love my hair cut. I will definitely be regularly going back to Hairport.
