The young lady who did my hair was about to graduate & did an amazing job yet she was not the most friendly. I get she was tired, from not sleeping well the night before…yet I’ve stayed awake near 4 days many times and still did my best to be kind. Only a star off for the uncomfortable feeling that I was annoying, otherwise prices a great and other students were very nice. Please instruct students that part of their training is to let the customer feel comfortable.
Jordan has a wonderful chairside manner. I was nervous as I had a lot on my mind, and by the end of service I had forgotten about everything. It was very pleasant conversation and I will definitely ask for Jordan again.
It was an amazing experience!! Went in wanting a perm and they did some extra work to make sure my hair was safe and healthy. Even though my hair is was colored they explained and showed me what my hair would do if I added the perm chemicals to my hair so went with a recondition to my hair and had an fantastic experience!! Left there with so much more knowledge!! Jenny C was fabulous you are going to be a great cosmologist!!
