“Did a great job! Friendly and is a good man. Showed us pictures of his wife which was very sweet. He got our handwashing sink put in really quickly, within a few hours. Very responsive. Measured out everything, pulled permits, went above and beyond for a reasonable price. I would use him again!Sorry about the picture quality, took it from my laptop camera. Everything looks great and works great. Seems like people on here give him a bad rep but some people aren't that great with talking. I would recommend him.“

“Had such an incredible experience with RainSoft! First of they’re family owned and operated and treat you just like family. I’ve been worried our old system that was installed by a previous owner wasn’t cutting it. With. Nitrate levels rising in Iowa we have to do whatever we can to protect our bodies and family. Terry came in tested all my water proving to me I was correct our water was as bad as I imagined. I got a new water softener, PFAS system, whole house filter to remove chlorine. Yes it was a investment but they were at my house THE NEXT DAY and they have been back to recheck my water after install and tweeted the system one more time and again rechecked the water all within 2 weeks. They want to make sure I’m happy as the customer because I made the investment. I love that they’re local and quick and beyond friendly.
