“I’ve been a client of Michelle’s for nearly six years. This is my third salon change I’ve witnessed her make, because she’s grown each transition. When I saw her nearly six years ago for the first time, I hadn’t had a consistent cut in YEARS! She got me back on track. We’ve since moved from the Ankeny area, but I still drive almost an hour and a half ever 10-12 weeks to have Michelle pamper me. Not to mention, she is insanely flexible with me because of this. I almost always have a seamless hair and facial appointment on the same day due to this. Once you find a ‘golden’ one, you can’t let them go!!

Michelle is always continuing her education and extending the opportunity to her staff and surrounding stylists. For example, her curly hair certification was a game changer for me! (I still haven’t hacked it like she can, but WOWZA!) One of my favorite things is how she also wants to educate and grow others. She asks from time to time if other stylists can observe my curly cut and color sessions. She is constantly researching and implementing new techniques. The end of my cut is always my favorite for this reason! I’m always excited to see what new thing she’s found to try.

I look forward to being Michelle’s client for many years to come. I value her and her abilities sooo much!
