I’ve been a client of Michelle’s for nearly six years. This is my third salon change I’ve witnessed her make, because she’s grown each transition. When I saw her nearly six years ago for the first time, I hadn’t had a consistent cut in YEARS! She got me back on track. We’ve since moved from the Ankeny area, but I still drive almost an hour and a half ever 10-12 weeks to have Michelle pamper me. Not to mention, she is insanely flexible with me because of this. I almost always have a seamless hair and facial appointment on the same day due to this. Once you find a ‘golden’ one, you can’t let them go!!

I had a really amazing visit. Michelle greeted me immediately and took me right over to the chair to get started. I love how the consultation felt natural and we had a meeting of the minds on next steps for my hair cut. I've never really seen someone specialize in curly hair, but it was refreshing to have her jump in with a dry cut. From there, we went to the wash room. Amazing experience, very comfortable setup and it doesn't hurt your neck or back at all. The chair was really unique, almost like a Lazy Boy bed combo.
