My teenage child has special needs, and they have connected closely with Maddie at Trixies location off of 42nd and University.The patience, understanding, and personality type of Maddie is perfect for my child- and we will never see another stylist at this location due to this fact alone. I do know, however, that there is a lot of talent at this location.My child has always walked out of their appointments with self-confidence, pure happiness, and joy - and I thank Maddie for that.I will upload pics of her work next time - Maddie does a great job with masculine cuts!You guys keep up the good work and stay amazing.
Professional and nice place. But they can be a bit slow.. I got a conditioning treatment done here and sat for what was supposed to be 5-8 mins with it in my hair but turned out to be almost 20.. kinda annoying. But overall a good experience
I’m so glad this salon was recommended to me. I’ve been going regularly for about a year now, and Katie B. is the best! Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. Looking forward to many more years with an amazing stylist and salon!
