She did an excellent job re-blending the colors after years of highlighting. Because I have skin sensitivities, Natalie has sought out the best products for me, and has been successful! I always feel like she is watching out for what is best for me.

Most recently, after being diagnosed with breast cancer, Natalie compassionately shaved my head as I was losing my hair due to chemotherapy. She guided me in care for my scalp and now, with treatment done and hair regrowth, she uses her expertise and personal experience to cut & tame my wildly curly, now silver hair in ways that are manageable. “Edit: I went back a couple weeks after my first appointment to pick up some product. The owner had just closed down the shop but opened it back up and stayed late to help me. Really wonderful customer service.

This was my first time at this salon. It’s been a while since I had a haircut and I was a little nervous. I have long, thick, curly hair and due to an illness last year, I lost a lot of hair. It literally fell out a clumps and became very dry and brittle.
I saw Kate and she was wonderful. The cut gave my hair new life. She gave me lots of advice on products and things I can do to help my hair get healthy again. It was rejuvenating and therapeutic experience. I’ll definitely be going back.“
